Agency Terms of Service

Welcome to Agency, a private, high-trust network for 7, 8, and 9figure agency owners and operators. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your participation in the Agency community and your use of our website, digital platforms, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By applying to or participating in Agency, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be a founder, co-founder, executive, or senior leader of a qualifying agency. Admission is subject to application review and group curation to avoid competitive overlap. We reserve the right to accept or deny applicants at our sole discretion.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account. Please ensure that your information is accurate and kept up to date.

3. Community Conduct

By participating in Agency, you agree to:

• Follow the Forum Guidelines and any additional community codes of conduct.
• Uphold strict confidentiality regarding all member discussions, both within and outside of Forums.
• Refrain from unsolicited pitching or solicitation within the community.
• Respect all members and facilitators.

Violation of these standards may result in suspension or removal from the community.

4. Confidentiality

Confidentiality is sacred. Any sharing of member insights, business information, or personal details outside your Forum group or Agency platform, without explicit permission, is a breach of these Terms and may lead to immediate removal.

5. Intellectual Property

All content shared within Agency, including meeting materials, recordings, and proprietary frameworks, remain the property of their respective owners. You may not record, reproduce, or distribute any content without permission.

6. Payment & Renewal

Annual membership fees are due upon acceptance and renew automatically unless otherwise specified. Refunds are not provided except under extraordinary circumstances at our discretion.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the community at any time for any reason, including but not limited to breaches of these Terms, inactivity, or behavior inconsistent with the values of Agency.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Agency is a peer-driven community. We do not guarantee results or business outcomes. Our Services are provided "as-is" without warranties. Our total liability is limited to the membership fees paid in the previous 12 months.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be resolved through confidential, binding arbitration in [Insert Jurisdiction], and you waive your right to a jury trial or class action.

10. Changes to Terms
